Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact us first if you intend to return an item.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, including weekends.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in good condition. “Good condition” means that the product(s) is/are undamaged and can be resold without the need for repair.

Gift cards are exempt from our Refund and Returns Policy, and for further clarity, gift cards are non-returnable and may not be exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of our receipt of your item(s).

Replacing Items

If you are returning more expensive items, strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
